Proposals for a Recreational Tourism Development which will encompass a high quality contemporary design of pavilions, apartments and a new leisure facility set within a richly enhanced landscape and habitat.

Development will include the upgrading of the existing public rights of way to provide disabled and part cycle access, with development of habiats which will be managed for species conservation and diversity.

The leisure facility will include a swimming pool, restaurant, café, and gym and will be available for use by the local community.
